Everything was perfect, including helpful staff and incredible location in a 15th Century Clock tower. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Piazza San Marco, St Marks square, and the alley. I had some drinks at Ristorante do Forni, positioned 400 metres away.

Unbeatable view and location in Piazza St. Marco. Spacious room with a comfortable bed, couch, desk, hot tub, closet. Tasteful Venetian decor adds a nice touch. Windows open to hear the lively sounds of Venice come alive. Friendly staff. Good water pressure in the shower. Check-in is conveniently located only 300m away. Easy access to Vaporetto and luggage storage.
Felt cozy, no reason to complain.

Being able to see the main square and the canal from our room was a highlight. the room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
One major drawback was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms. As a business owner, it was important for me to have reliable internet access, but unfortunately, it never worked during my stay.

The location of the hotel near the Clock Tower is like being in the heart of a magical fairytale. The large suites with spa baths are like having your own personal oasis. The shopping opportunities nearby make it a paradise for fashion lovers.
Poorly marked entrance door, but the helpful staff quickly resolved the issue.

I felt like I was in a shopping paradise, right next to the famous Clock Tower. The staff at Antico Panada were so helpful with tourist info. Loved being steps away from St Mark's and the Doge's Palace.
The satellite TV had me feeling like I was stuck in the 90s. So chic.
